    As is so often the case on Etsy, this seller has a never ending sale that ends very soon, showing an inflated regular price with a huge discount . The tree was advertised as costing $778.06 Canadian ($579 US) with a 55% discount of $427.93 for a total payable of $350.13 Can. The seller then filled out the value declaration for Canada Customs using the inflated full price of $579 US instead of what I paid. Tree was missing one of the bulbs, seller did provide extras, but considering the price plus the $177.15 charge for shipping, I would expect more care in checking that the piece was complete. Just be aware you will have to pay tax on the full price, not the sale price. A U.S. purchaser would have paid tax on the sale price. I had to pay 12% tax on $778.06 instead of $350.13. Tree itself is excellent - 5/5.

    My third ceramic tree purchase from this talented artist. Each tree is unique — hard to pick a favorite. I highly recommend this seller. A+

    The tree is a little rocky on the stand, and that scares me a bit. Other than that it is beautiful and it was definitely packaged with the upmost care.
