I placed 2 orders on the same day from two different sellers, my Polar Bear came first. The purchases were made on 9-28-2020. I received my Polar bear Santa 10-14. I am just now getting shipping information for my santa riding a horse. It does take some time to prepare these items and the world is craZEE! I just think that JMD Ceramics has a lot better service. The quality and cleaning of a bisque item is tough work. This item has great detail left from its mold. Great Job JMD. I hope to start early on next years projects so I will absolutely be calling on you again!
