Better than what we thought it would be. It came in a large box & well packed. Upon opening it we found that something heavy had been placed on it because the styrofoam had been broken. Upon examining the cross we found a small hairline crack at the back underneath his hands. My wife is now painting it & we are hoping it will not be a problem.
